A collaborative therapeutic workshop & somatic sound bath for gently meeting the early imprints that shape our connection to self and others.
Join Clinical-Community Psychologist & Speaker Christina Soibatian, Ph.D. and Embodied Sound Facilitator & Integration Coach Shane Aspegren of ONDO Holistic for a three-hour experiential workshop that weaves together reflective practice, guided writing, and vibrational sound therapy to explore the layers of the mother wound.
We’ll begin with a grounding talk on maternal imprinting, attachment patterns, and the nervous system. From there, we will explore personal intention-setting, followed by a writing practice designed to surface and reflect on your own experience.
The second half of the workshop invites you into deep somatic processing and integration through a therapeutic sound bath, with direct vibrational focus on the navel and heart—two energetic centers of early connection and selfhood. The sound bath will take place with participants in the individual Dry Float Tanks, with the intention to create a safe container for your nervous system to recalibrate.
You’ll then have space for personal journaling, optional sharing, and continued compassionate reflection.
No prior experience is necessary. This space is open to all who feel called to explore this work in a supportive, embodied way—an invitation to come as you are, and to be with whatever arises.
Open to all — no prior experience needed.
Come as you are, in readiness or resistance.
More information (regarding what to wear, how to get there, etc.) will be sent to registrants prior to the event
