ONDO Holistic is a Los Angeles-based practice offering vibrational sound sessions, somatic coaching, and embodied integration support for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and expanded-state experiences.

Founded by Shane Aspegren — multidisciplinary artist, musician, and certified practitioner with 20+ years of training across sound healing, trauma-informed somatic coaching, yoga therapy, and contemplative traditions — ONDO works with private clients, mental health clinics, yoga studios, and retreat centers to create grounded, body-based experiences that support nervous system regulation and lasting integration.

Offerings include private vibrational sound sessions, 1:1 coaching cycles, group sound baths, and clinical collaborations — including ongoing work with a physician-led ketamine clinic in Pasadena. Online coaching available. Travel available for retreats and partnerships.
