Corporate & Organizational Wellness
ONDO brings nervous system regulation, deep restoration, and embodied presence into the workplace — through immersive group sound experiences and private 1:1 wellness sessions for employees. Available for one-time events, wellness days, and ongoing partnerships throughout Greater Los Angeles.
About ONDO
ONDO is the practice of Shane Aspegren — Los Angeles-based musician, somatic practitioner, and sound facilitator with 30+ years of performance experience and more than a decade of specialized training in nervous system regulation and vibrational healing.
What ONDO offers
Group Sound Bath — An immersive, instrument-led experience for teams of any size. Participants lie or sit comfortably while live vibrational sound — gongs, Himalayan bowls, and other traditional healing & meditation instruments — guides the nervous system into deep rest and restoration.
Sessions run 45–90 minutes and can be held at your office, an offsite venue, or a partnering wellness space. ONDO provides all instruments and equipment.
For larger groups, full PA and technical setup is included. ONDO's founder Shane Aspegren brings 30+ years of professional performance experience to large-scale sound environments — meaning the technical side is handled with the same care as the session itself.
Employee 1:1 Sessions — A wellness day format where employees sign up for individual private sound sessions. One of the most memorable and personally resonant wellness offerings a company can provide — and consistently one of the most talked-about afterward.
ONDO sets up a dedicated space at your location for the day, and employees rotate through at their own pace. Sessions are available in half-day and full-day formats.
Ongoing Wellness Partnership — For companies with active employee wellness programs, recurring monthly or quarterly sessions offer consistency, a trusted practitioner relationship, and priority scheduling. Reduced rates available for committed partnerships.

We would happily recommend him.” — Damian Chandler, Brunswick Group

Here’s one example of what we can build together for your workplace retreat:
For a private school's two-day faculty offsite, ONDO offered guided experiences through both days — private one-on-one sessions offered to each staff member, a gentle morning movement & meditation practice, and a full group somatic sound bath to close. An arc built to help a hardworking team downshift, reconnect, and arrive fully present.
